EduBI Analytics was founded in 2021 to give Australian schools the kind of data platform large organisations take for granted. It is built on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, deployed inside the school's own tenant, and managed day to day by us. Our team is based in Sydney, working with independent and systemic K-12 schools across the country.

We learn your systems
We start with what you already run, what your data looks like underneath, and the questions your leadership team cannot currently answer. No two schools are configured the same way, so we do not assume.
STEP TWO
We build it in your tenant
The warehouse, the pipelines and the first dashboards are built inside your own Microsoft environment. You see progress as it happens rather than at a reveal at the end.
STEP THREE
We hand it to your people
Walkthroughs for the people who will use the dashboards, and sessions for anyone who wants to build their own reports on top of the models. Access sits with your IT team from day one.
STEP FOUR, ONGOING
We keep it running, and support your changing needs.
We monitor the pipelines nightly and fix them when a source system changes underneath us. As your questions change, the dashboards can grow with them. That is the part schools tell us they were missing before.
